Patricia Connolly Altman, Principal

Patricia's work includes documentation and evaluation of historic resources, state and National Register nominations, design consultation, and the development of appropriate treatments for historic properties. With particular expertise in the application of the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards, she has guided numerous projects successfully through the Historic Preservation Certification Application process for federal and state tax credits. She was previously with the firm EHT Traceries, Inc. in Washington, DC. With a Master of Science degree in historic preservation from the University of Pennsylvania, a Placzek Fellowship at the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission, and over fifteen years of experience in the field, she exceeds the professional qualifications for Architectural Historian as prescribed by the Secretary of the Interior. In addition to her professional work, Patricia is also Vice President of the Board of Directors of Historic Albany Foundation and has served on the Historic Preservation Commission of Kinderhook, New York.
